Basketball Recap: Joseph Carbo Key Part of a Team Effort in Tornadoes Win

Hammond won the last time they faced Mandeville and things went their way on Friday too. The Hammond Tornadoes walked away with a 49-41 victory over the Mandeville Skippers. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Tornadoes.

Hammond's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Joseph Carbo, who went 8 of 10 en route to 18 points. Carbo is also on a roll when it comes to three-point shooting accuracy, as he's posted one of at least 40% in the last three games he's played. Justin Harland was another key player, going 5 for 10 to rack up 13 points and five boards.
