Softball Recap: Eastside Comes Up Short

Eastside was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 17-1 to the Trinity Catholic Celtics.

Eastside's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Trinity Catholic, they pushed their record up to 3-1 with the victory, which was their third straight at home.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Eastside will take on Countryside Christian at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Trinity Catholic, they will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against The First Academy at 6:00 p.m. on March 9.
