Basketball Recap: Lake Oswego Wins Going Away Against Ridgeview

While Lake Oswego didn't have the best season last year (they finished 3-20), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They enjoyed a cozy 69-55 victory over the Ridgeview Ravens on Tuesday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Lakers.

Lake Oswego pushed their record up to 7-4 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 78.0 points per game. As for Ridgeview, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-9 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lake Oswego will square off against Sprague at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Sprague knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past five games -- so hopefully Lake Oswego likes a good challenge. As for Ridgeview, they will challenge Trinity Lutheran at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
