Basketball Recap: Penelope Takes a Loss

Penelope was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their tenth straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a blow against the Itasca Wampus Cats, falling 67-14.

Penelope's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Itasca, the win snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 2-4 record.

Penelope wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 31-15 defeat against Bynum on the 7th. As for Itasca, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 36-24 victory against Blum on the 6th.
