Basketball Recap: Bluefield Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Bluefield can now relate to. They took a 52-40 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Wyoming East Warriors on Wednesday. The loss continues a trend for the Beavers in their meetings with the Warriors: they've now lost three in a row.

Bluefield's defeat dropped their record down to 3-21. As for Wyoming East, the win (which was their ninth in a row) raised their record to 18-3.

As of now, neither Bluefield nor Wyoming East have any future games scheduled.
