Bunn extended their winning streak to three games thanks to a huge performance from Kherington Bryant. The Wildcats put the hurt on the Nash Central Bulldogs with a sharp 3-0 win on Thursday for which the team can thank Bryant, who had 17 digs and three aces. She has been hot, having posted 11 or more digs the last eight times she's played.

While Bunn won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the third set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-20, 25-22.

Bunn's victory bumped their record up to 10-3. As for Nash Central, their loss ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 10-3.

Bunn and Nash Central should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps North Carolina Rankings. The Wildcats (ranked 85th) will meet Louisburg (ranked 210th) at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Nash Central will face off against SouthWest Edgecombe at 5:00 p.m. on Monday with a big rank advantage (122 vs. 290).
