Riverview Sarasota had to settle for second on Wednesday, but Cole Gibson sure wasn't going down easily. Gibson turned in nothing short of a gem, striking out eight batters over five innings while giving up just two earned (and one unearned) runs off five hits (and only one walk). Those eight strikeouts gave him a new career-high.
