Volleyball Recap: Rifle Comes Up Short

Rifle was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 12th straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Valley Vikings.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-14.

Rachel Street paced Rifle's offense, picking up six kills. Street got some help from Katelynn Rider and her 17 assists.

Rifle's loss dropped their record down to 2-20. As for Valley, the win snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 12-10 record.

As of now, neither Rifle nor Valley have any future games scheduled.
