Soccer Game Preview: Freeman vs. Atlee

The Freeman Mavericks are taking a road trip to challenge the Atlee Raiders at 7:30 p.m. on Monday.

Freeman is probably headed into the contest with a chip on their shoulder considering Deep Run just ended the team's three-game winning streak on Friday. Neither they nor the Wildcats could gain the upper hand so the two teams had to settle for a 2-2 draw. The result (or lack thereof) marked Freeman's first draw of the season.

Meanwhile, Thursday just wasn't the day for Atlee's offense. They fell just short of Godwin by a score of 1-0 back in March.

Atlee's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. Freeman's draw gives them a new season record of 3-1-1.
