Clay-Battelle won the last time they faced Fairmont Senior and things went their way on Thursday too. The Cee-Bees came out on top against the Polar Bears by a score of 2-0.

While Clay-Battelle won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. The final score came out to 25-11, 25-23.

Nevaeh St.Clair paced Clay-Battelle's offense, picking up six kills. St.Clair got some help from Maggie Lemley and her 20 assists. Bailey Willard and Ginger Gross kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with four aces apiece.

Clay-Battelle is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 18-16 record this season. As for Fairmont Senior, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-18.

Clay-Battelle does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Fairmont Senior, they have already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against Madonna on the 16th.
