Baseball Recap: Timnath Comes Up Short

The Timnath Cubs came up short against the Poudre Impalas on Thursday and fell 6-3. The Cubs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Timnath saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Brodyn Pafford, who went 1-for-3 with one home run. Another was Bryson Dewey, who earned one run and two stolen bases.

Timnath now has a losing record of 10-11. As for Poudre, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 10-10.

Looking ahead, Timnath is taking a road trip to face off against Roosevelt at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Poudre, they have already played their next matchup, a 3-2 victory against Fort Collins on the 8th.
