Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Expression Prep Academy). They walked away with an 85-74 win over the Metcalfe County Hornets on Sunday. That's two games straight that the Lions have won by exactly 11 points.

Expression Prep Academy was led to victory by Rasheed Morrison and Mitchell Cox. Morrison almost dropped a double-double on 25 points and nine rebounds, while Cox went 7 of 11 from beyond the arc on his way to 28 points. Morrison continues to improve, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Lamin Gassama, who went 5 of 6 on his way to 11 points and five rebounds.

Expression Prep Academy was working as a unit and finished the game with 19 assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.

The victory was the third in a row for Expression Prep Academy, bringing their record for this year to 6-6. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 72.7 points per game. As for Metcalfe County, with the loss, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 5-6.
