Softball Recap: Buckhorn Comes Up Short

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Buckhorn's offense. They came up short against the Hazel Green Trojans on Tuesday, falling 11-0. Having soared to a lofty 25 runs in the game before, the Bucks' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Buckhorn now has a losing record of 6-7. As for Hazel Green, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-11-1 record this season.

Buckhorn will take on Lawrence County at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Hazel Green, they will host Lee at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
