Volleyball Recap: Atlas Preparatory School Comes Up Short

Atlas Preparatory School was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 34th straight defeat dating back to last season. They came up short against the Colorado Springs Christian Lions, falling 3-0. If the Gryphons were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to the Lions when the teams met back in October of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Atlas Preparatory School's loss dropped their record down to 0-14. As for Colorado Springs Christian, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 5-7 record this season.

Atlas Preparatory School will host Thomas MacLaren School at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Colorado Springs Christian, they will head out to face off against Florence at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
