Flag Football Recap: East St. Louis Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact East St. Louis can now relate to. They lost to the Mascoutah Indians at home by a 25-7 margin on Tuesday. The Flyers were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Indians earlier this season, when they won 19-6.

The critical scores for Mascoutah came from Amiyah Fair, Delilah Bell, Kloe Quate, and Alexis Rynders.

East St. Louis is on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-4. As for Mascoutah, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-7.

East St. Louis does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Mascoutah, they didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 7-6 victory against Richwoods on the 8th.
