Football Recap: Jurupa Hills Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Jurupa Hills and Shadow Hills squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Jurupa Hills had to settle for second. They were beaten by the Knights 37-0.

JALEN WASHINGTON threw for 57 yards on six of 12 attempts. ADOLFO ARAMBURO was his top target, picking up 36 receiving yards. On the ground, GILBERTO CENTENO rushed for 92 yards.

Shadow Hills' win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Jesse Rodriguez, who threw for 216 yards and three touchdowns while completing 71.4% of his passes. What's more, Rodriguez racked up 124.2 passer rating, the most he's had since back in August. Anthony Garcia was Rodriguez's top target, picking up 86 receiving yards and a pair of scores.

Jurupa Hills has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-7 record this season. As for Shadow Hills, they now have a winning record of 6-5.
