Volleyball Recap: Notre Dame Comes Up Short

Notre Dame's tournament run continued when they took on Valdosta on Saturday. The Fighting Irish fell 2-0 to the Wildcats. The Fighting Irish have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Addison Kitchings paced Notre Dame's offense, picking up five kills. Kitchings got some help from Aniyah Brown and her seven assists.

Notre Dame's loss dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Valdosta, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-2.

Coming up, Notre Dame will face off against East Hamilton at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Valdosta, they have already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against Woodstock on the 23rd.
