Soccer Recap: Southside Has No Trouble Against John F. Kennedy

On SaturdayJohn F. Kennedy kept up with Southside until halftime, but afterwards: not so much. Everything went the Southside Cardinals' way against the John F. Kennedy Rockets as the Southside Cardinals made off with a 5-1 victory. This was payback for the Cardinals, who suffered a 3-2 defeat the last time these two teams met.

The win got Southside back to even at 2-2-2. As for John F. Kennedy, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-4.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Southside will challenge McCollum at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for John F. Kennedy, they will face off against Marble Falls at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Marble Falls will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something John F. Kennedy surely won't give up without a fight.
