Archbishop Hoban won the last time they faced Beaumont School and things went their way on Thursday too. The Knights blew past the Blue Streaks 19-1. The Knights might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven contests by eight runs or more this season.

The win made it two in a row for Archbishop Hoban and bumps their season record up to 10-5. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 15.0 runs over those games. As for Beaumont School, their loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 5-4.

Looking ahead, Archbishop Hoban will take on Avon at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. The Eagles' pitching crew has only allowed 3.3 runs per game this season, so the Knights' hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Beaumont School, they will venture away from home to square off against Padua Franciscan at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
