Volleyball Recap: Covina Takes a Loss

Covina was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss. They came up short against the Colony Titans, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Titans this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in March.

The final score came out to 25-10, 25-8, 25-19.

Covina's defeat dropped their record down to 4-16. As for Colony, their win ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 10-10.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Covina is set to face off against their familiar foe Los Altos at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Colony will challenge rival West Covina at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
