Baseball Recap: North Hills Christian Takes a Loss

North Hills Christian lost against Lake Norman Christian back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The North Hills Christian Eagles took a 5-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Lake Norman Christian Lions. The matchup marked the Eagles' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

North Hills Christian saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Gracin Craig, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-2. Craig also hit a double, marking his first of the season.

This is the second loss in a row for North Hills Christian and nudges their season record down to 2-4. As for Lake Norman Christian, they moved to 1-3 with that win, which also ended their three-game losing streak.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. North Hills Christian will welcome Greater Vision Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Lake Norman Christian, they will be playing at home against Covenant Classical at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
