Ezekiel Academy waltzed into their contest on Thursday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They claimed a resounding 54-19 victory over the Conecuh Springs Christian Eagles. The Knights have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine matchups by 21 points or more this season.

Leading Ezekiel Academy to victory were Gianna Johnson and Alantis Richards. Johnson posted eight points in addition to five boards and five steals, while Richards went 5 for 10 on her way to 11 points and seven steals. That's the most steals Johnson has posted since back in November of 2024. Addi Newell was another key player, putting up ten points.

Ezekiel Academy pushed their record up to 19-3 with the win, which was their sixth straight on the road. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 26.7 points per game. As for Conecuh Springs Christian, they are on a nine-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-6.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Ezekiel Academy won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Tuscaloosa Home Educators at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Conecuh Springs Christian, they will take on New Life Christian Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
