The Anna Coyotes will head out on the road to face off against the Van Alstyne Panthers at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Anna has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 441 points over their last seven matches.
It may have taken overtime to finish the job, but Anna ultimately got the result they hoped for on Friday. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past Panther Creek 61-58. Having run the score up that high, both teams might be doing some extra defensive drills very soon.

Van Alstyne can finally bid farewell to their four-game losing streak thanks to their game on Friday. They secured a 55-49 W over Ranchview.
Anna's win was their seventh straight at home, which pushed their record up to 16-13. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 61.4 points per game. As for Van Alstyne, their victory ended a eight-game drought on the road and puts them at 15-17.
Everything came up roses for Anna against the Panthers in their previous matchup back in January as the team secured a 70-27 win. With Anna ahead 40-9 at the half, the match was all but over already.
