Baseball Recap: Reedley Comes Up Short

Reedley was the 3-1 winner over Exeter when they last played one another on Wednesday, but their luck changed this time around. The Pirates fell 7-4 to the Monarchs on Friday.

Reedley saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Mason Cisneros, who went 1-for-2 with one triple and one run.

Reedley has also been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last ten matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 11-13 record this season. As for Exeter, their win was their first in the league, bumping their league record up to 1-7 and their overall record up to 18-9.

As of now, neither Reedley nor the Monarchs have any future games scheduled.
