Stuarts Draft is probably headed into the contest with a chip on their shoulder considering Wilson Memorial just ended the team's three-game winning streak on Friday. They lost to the Green Hornets on the road by a 27-13 margin. Having soared to a lofty 35 points in the game before, the Cougars couldn't push the score so high this time.

Stuarts Draft might have lost, but man, Derrick Moore was a machine: he rushed for 149 yards and two touchdowns on only 15 carries.

Meanwhile, Madison County hadn't done well against Clarke County recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Thursday. The Mountaineers took down the Eagles 27-10.
