Volleyball Recap: Garfield-Palouse Find Success

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Oakesdale, Garfield-Palouse was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They came out on top against the Almira-Coulee-Hartline Warriors by a score of 3-1. The Vikings have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Warriors, too.

Morgan Lentz had an outrageously good game as she had 24 digs and two aces. Those 24 digs gave her a new career-high.

Garfield-Palouse's victory bumped their record up to 19-3. As for Almira-Coulee-Hartline, with the loss, they broke their eight-match winning streak and moved their record to 19-7-1.

Garfield-Palouse does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Almira-Coulee-Hartline, they will host Darrington at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
