Volleyball Recap: Cook Inlet Academy Find Success

The Cook Inlet Academy Eagles sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 1-0 win over Non Varsity Tournament Opponent on Thursday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Eagles.

Jocelynn Carson was the offensive standout of the contest as she had seven aces. Those seven aces gave her a new career-high.

Carson wasn't the only good servers: Cook Inlet Academy was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 13 aces. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their ace total in four consecutive matchups.

The victory got Cook Inlet Academy back to even at 8-8.
