Whitley County waltzed into their contest on Saturday with 19 straight wins... but they left with 20. They put the hurt on the Great Crossing Warhawks with a sharp 15-0 victory. The Colonels might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 22 games by six runs or more this season.

Whitley County got a massive performance out of EJ Allen, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with one home run, three runs, and one stolen base. Dee Parker was another key player, going a perfect 2-for-2 with four RBI, one triple, and one stolen base.

Whitley County always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .769. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Great Crossing only posted an OBP of .250.

Whitley County's win bumped their record up to 32-2. As for Great Crossing, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 12-7.

Coming up, Whitley County will welcome Sayre at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Great Crossing, they will venture away from home to square off against Scott County at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
