Preview: Long Reach vs. Howard
The Howard Lions will be playing 32 minutes on Thursday, but they're expected to have things wrapped up well before that. They will take on the Long Reach Lightning at home. Howard is looking to extend their current 19-game winning streak.
The Lions took their contest against Reservoir on Tuesday by a conclusive 55-35 score.
Meanwhile, it's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 70-24, which was the final score in Long Reach's tilt against Oakland Mills on Tuesday.
Howard was totally in charge in the teams' previous meeting in January, breezing past Long Reach 59-20 on the road. Will Howard repeat their success, or does Long Reach have a better game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
