Baseball Recap: Seymour Comes Up Short

Seymour has relied on a stalwart pitchers averaging 3.88 runs allowed per game, but that average took a hit on Monday. They came up short against the Torrington Raiders, falling 10-3. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last five times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

Seymour's defeat dropped their record down to 12-5. As for Torrington, their victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-4.
