Basketball Recap: Anderson Prep Academy Continues Home Dominance on Thursday

Anderson Prep Academy extended their winning streak to six games thanks to a huge performance from Zamarion Bryant. The Anderson Prep Academy Jets came within six points of losing the streak, but they secured a 61-55 W against the Randolph Southern Rebels which was due in part to Bryant, who almost dropped a double-double with 21 points and nine rebounds. He has been hot recently, having also posted two or more steals the last three times he's played.

When it comes to explaining why Randolph Southern lost on Thursday, don't look at Noah Allen. Despite the final result, he en route to 21 points along with five boards and three steals. What's more, Allen also posted a 50% shooting accuracy, which is the highest he's achieved since back in February of 2024. Another player making a difference was Donavon Shinaver, who posted eight points in addition to seven rebounds and three steals.
