Basketball Game Preview: Walker Wolverines vs. Therrell Panthers + How To Watch

The Walker Wolverines will square off against the Therrell Panthers at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Keep an eye on the score for this one: the two teams posted some lofty point totals in their previous games.

While Wolverines fans will have to keep waiting for their team to come home, they shouldn't be too worried about the road trip considering the result of Saturday's season opener. They breezed past Winder-Barrow to the tune of 86-47 on Saturday. The Wolverines not only won on Saturday, but they posted their biggest win since January 17th (when they won 86-30).

Meanwhile, Therrell didn't have too much trouble with Heritage on Saturday as they won 70-56.

Everything came up roses for Walker against Therrell when the teams last played back in November of 2024, as the squad secured a 71-41 victory. One of the biggest obstacles the team faced in that game was the Panthers' Morion McWhorter, who dropped a double-double with 20 points and 13 boards.
