Covington is 8-0-1 against Ripley since March of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Chargers will head out on the road to challenge the Tigers at 5:30 p.m. Covington has given up an average of 3.3 goals per game this season, but Thursday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Covington's loss dropped their record down to 4-2. As for Ripley, they now have a winning record of 2-1-1.

Everything went Covington's way against Ripley when the teams last played back in May of 2024, as Covington made off with a 4-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Chargers since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
