Liberty is 9-1 against Freedom since January of 2020 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. The Liberty Lions will face off against the Freedom Falcons at 7:00 p.m. One thing working in Liberty's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last 18 matches.

It was a proper cat-fight when Liberty duked it out withAntioch on Tuesday. Liberty enjoyed a cozy 61-44 win over Antioch. Given the Lions' advantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 34th, while the Panthers are ranked 618th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, Freedom waltzed into their game on Tuesday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They walked away with a 60-52 victory over the Patriots.

Liberty pushed their record up to 21-2 with the win, which was their sixth straight at home. As for Freedom, they have also been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven contests, which provided a nice bump to their 9-13 record this season.

Liberty strolled past Freedom in their previous meeting on January 7th by a score of 65-50. The rematch might be a little tougher for Liberty since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
