Volleyball Game Preview: Granger Spartans vs. River View Panthers + How To Watch

The Granger Spartans will head out on the road to challenge the River View Panthers at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. River View took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Granger, who comes in off a win.

Granger took a loss when they played away from home on Tuesday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Thursday. They put the hurt on Mabton with a sharp 3-0 win. The victory continues a trend for the Spartans in their matchups with the Vikings: they've now won nine in a row.

Meanwhile, after a string of five wins, River View's good fortune finally ran out on Thursday. They lost 3-0 to Tri-Cities Prep. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Panthers have suffered since September 15th.

River View's loss dropped their record down to 8-4. As for Granger, the win got them back to even at 6-6.

Granger couldn't quite get it done against River View when the teams last played back in September as they fell 3-1. Can the Spartans avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
