Football Recap: Las Vegas Snaps Three-Game Streak of Losses at Home

Basic came into Thursday's contest looking for another win against Las Vegas, but Alexandria Lindaman wouldn't allow it. The Las Vegas Wildcats walked away with a 33-20 victory over the Basic Wolves on Thursday thanks in part to Lindaman, who threw for 249 yards and five touchdowns. The dominant performance also gave her a new career-high in passer rating (128.6).

Las Vegas' win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 6-9. As for Basic, they dropped their record down to 9-6 with the defeat, which was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Green Valley the next time they take the field. Basic will host Green Valley at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, while Las Vegas will head out to face them at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
