Lance Nero Delivers Best Performance of Season

On Friday, MacArthur got the W thanks in part to Lance Nero playing the best football he has all season. Nero rushed for 39 yards and four touchdowns, and also threw for 223 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 11.2 yards per attempt.

MacArthur's victory ended a six-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-4. Nero and MacArthur will square off against Spring at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

With the defeat, Benjamin Davis broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 3-3. Williams and Benjamin Davis will venture away from home to challenge Nimitz at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.

Westfield picked up their third consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to Miles Dent. Dent was unstoppable, rushing for 122 yards and a touchdown while picking up 7.2 yards per carry, and also throwing for 164 yards and a touchdown on perfect 8-for-8 passing.

This year, Dent has thrown 8 touchdowns while averaging 140.7 passing yards per game.

Demonte Ford Dazzles in Westfield Win
