2A District 2 Top Player Performances of the Week

Congratulations to this week's top players! We're covering the best performances across Friday and Saturday's football action (using all statistics entered as of the time of writing). Enjoy!

Amir Maddrey Earns League's Top Spot

Starting off the list is Howard's Amir Maddrey, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Maddrey wasn't messing around on Friday, picking up a sack, forcing a fumble, and making eight total tackles (3.0 for loss). The contest was his third straight with two or more rushing touchdowns dating back to last season. He also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, picking up a sack, forcing a fumble, and making eight total tackles (3.0 for loss).

Maddrey must have Odessa's number; he was a force to be reckoned with the last time he faced them too. Maddrey forced a fumble and made ten total tackles (1.0 for loss) the last time he and the Ducks duked it out back in October of 2023.
