Soccer Recap: North Myrtle Beach Comes Up Short

North Myrtle Beach was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 4-0 to the St. James Sharks. If North Myrtle Beach were looking for revenge after losing 7-0 to St. James when the teams met back in March of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

North Myrtle Beach's defeat dropped their record down to 5-5. As for St. James, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 7-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. North Myrtle Beach will square off against Myrtle Beach at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for St. James, they will take on Socastee at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Socastee's last four games have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
