Union Mine won the last time they faced Argonaut and things went their way on Thursday too. The Diamondbacks put the hurt on the Mustangs with a sharp 3-0 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Diamondbacks.

While Union Mine won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the first set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-23, 25-12, 25-13.

Kyra Wooden paced Union Mine's offense, picking up 14 kills. Wooden got some help from Allison Eschleman and her 23 assists.

Union Mine's win bumped their record up to 15-4. As for Argonaut, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 13-14.
