Football Preview: Garrison Bulldogs vs. Anahuac Panthers        
        
		
             The Garrison Bulldogs are taking a road trip to  square off against the Anahuac Panthers  at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. Both come into the  matchup bolstered by wins in their previous  matches.
 Last Friday, Garrison slipped by Arp  27-26. That's two games straight that the Bulldogs have won by  just one  point.
  Avery Yarbrough was a one-man wrecking crew for Garrison as he rushed for 169 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 7.7 yards per carry. The dominant performance gave him a new career- in  total yards. The team also got some help courtesy of  Riley Mcguire, who rushed for 51 yards and a touchdown.
 Mcguire wasn't the only one working in the  rushing yards department: Garrison was unstoppable on the ground and  finished the game with 337  rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now  rushed for at least 209  rushing yards in 16 consecutive  contests  dating back to last season.
 Meanwhile, Anahuac earned  a  29-20 victory over Woodville  on Thursday.
 Garrison's win was  their seventh straight at home dating back to last season, which  pushed their record up to 2-0. As for Anahuac, their record is now 2-0.
