Basketball Recap: Chugiak's Win Ends Five-Game Losing Streak on the Road

Chugiak won the last time they faced South Anchorage and things went their way on Friday too. The Chugiak Mustangs came out on top against the South Anchorage Wolverines by a score of 40-32.

Chugiak's victory ended a five-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 4-3. As for South Anchorage, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-9.

Bartlett will roll in looking for their sixth straight win, something Chugiak surely won't give up without a fight. As for South Anchorage, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Eagle River at 6:00 p.m. South Anchorage is facing Eagle River at the right time seeing as Eagle River is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
