Broadway fell victim to Turner Ashby and their airtight pitching crew on Friday. They took a 3-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Knights. The Gobblers' defeat signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.

Broadway's loss was their first in the region, dropping their region record down to 5-1 and their overall record down to 13-3. As for Turner Ashby, they are on a roll lately: they've won 11 of their last 12 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-4 record this season.
