Trinity Episcopal has won 11 straight games at home (dating back to last season), while St. Catherine has won 11 straight on the road also dating back to last season, but those streaks won't matter much  on Tuesday. The Titans will host the Saints  at 4:30  p.m. Trinity Episcopal is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7.4  runs per game  this season.
Friday just wasn't the day for Trinity Episcopal's offense. They came up short against  Nansemond-Suffolk Academy on Friday, falling  8-0. The Titans' defeat signaled the end of their five-game winning streak.
Meanwhile, St. Catherine's never let their opponents score on Thursday. Everything went their way against Christchurch School as they made off with  a  13-0 victory. Considering the Saints have won eight contests by more than five  runs this season, Thursday's  blowout was nothing new.
 Keira Frazier and  Jenna Keefer made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound,  Frazier   pitched two innings while giving up   no  earned runs or  hits. Meanwhile,  Keefer   struck out six batters over  three innings while giving up   no  earned runs off   one  hit (and not a single walk). She has been consistent : she hasn't  given up  more than two  walks any time she's  pitched this season. At the plate,  Frazier  scored a  run while going 2-for-4, while  Keefer  went 1-for-3 with one  home run, three  runs,  and two  RBI. Those  three  runs gave  Keefer a new career-high.
 In other batting news,  Day Vetter was  excellent,  going a perfect 3-for-3 with three  RBI. That's the most  RBI  she has posted since back in May of 2024. Another player making a difference was  Olivia Tull, who  went 1-for-4 with one  stolen base and one  RBI.
 St. Catherine's  kept the outfield on their toes and  finished the game with 11  hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now  got at least eight  hits every time they've taken the field this season.
 St. Catherine's win bumped their record up to 10-1. As for Trinity Episcopal, their loss dropped their record down to 6-2.
Fans could be in store for some top-tier slugging  on Tuesday. Trinity Episcopal hasn't had any problems when it comes to power this season,  having  averaged 0.5  home runs per game. However, it's not like St. Catherine's struggles in that department as   they've been averaging  an even more impressive 0.6  home runs. With so much power on both teams, it'll be down to the pitchers to keep the mound locked down.
