Baseball Recap: Northampton Triumphs

Northampton took a six-run defeat the last time they faced off against Bethlehem Catholic, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Konkrete Kids had just enough and edged out the Hawks 4-3. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Konkrete Kids as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

The team relied heavily on Austin Sommers, who went 1-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and one double. He is becoming a predictor of Northampton's success: when he posts at least two runs the team is 3-1 (and 5-11 when he doesn't).
