Softball Game Preview: North Stokes Vikings vs. East Surry Cardinals

North Stokes is on a three-game streak of home losses, and East Surry a three-game streak of away losses. However, someone's due for a change in luck on Monday. The North Stokes Vikings will be playing at home against the East Surry Cardinals at 6:00 p.m. Neither of those teams managed to put together many runs in their previous contests, so the offenses might be a little more motivated than usual.

Friday just wasn't the day for North Stokes' offense. They fell 5-0 to South Stokes on Friday.

Meanwhile, East Surry also failed to score in their most recent game. They came up short against West Forsyth on Thursday, falling 10-0. The contest marked the first time this season in which the Cardinals were not able to get on the board.

East Surry's defeat dropped their record down to 4-7. As for North Stokes, their loss dropped their record down to 3-7-1.
