Recap: Milaca Wolves vs. Ogilvie Lions
The Milaca Wolves fell on hard times earlier this season, but after back-to-back wins it seems like their luck might finally be changing. They secured a 45-41 W over Ogilvie on Tuesday. That's another feather in the cap for Milaca, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
Leading Milaca to victory were Brock Talberg and Ben Berg. Talberg dropped a double-double on 13 points and 15 rebounds, while Berg dropped a double-double on 11 points and 11 rebounds. It was the first time this season that Berg pulled down eight or more rebounds.
Milaca's win bumped their record up to 3-15. As for Ogilvie, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 10-10 record this season.
Milaca didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 66-52 defeat vs. Foley on the 8th. Ogilvie has also already played their next match, a 69-39 win against Pine City on the 9th.
