Baseball Game Preview: Bullard Knights vs. El Camino Real Royals

The Bullard Knights will be taking part in a tournament against the El Camino Real Royals at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (Bullard 3.7, El Camino Real 3) so any runs scored will be well earned.

Bullard is probably headed into the match with a chip on their shoulder considering Buchanan just ended the team's three-game winning streak on Tuesday. They fell 7-4 to the Bears.

Meanwhile, El Camino Real didn't have quite enough to beat Central on Tuesday and fell 2-1. That's two games in a row now that the Royals have lost by just one run.

El Camino Real saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Christian Gastelum, who scored a run while going 2-for-3.

This is the second loss in a row for El Camino Real and nudges their season record down to 14-7. Even worse, they were so close both times: the defeats came by an average of only one runs. As for Bullard, their loss dropped their record down to 13-4.
