Baseball Recap: Make It Three in a Row for Apex

Apex waltzed into their game on Friday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They walked away with a 5-2 victory over the Green Level Gators. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 7-2 last Tuesday.

DANE PURDY tossed a big game, tossing five innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off two hits.

At the plate, the team relied heavily on KYLE HULSE, who scored a run and stole Two bases. while going 2-for-2. ADRIAN GONZALEZ also deserves some recognition as he brought in his first RBI of the season.
