Rosewood had to kick off their season on the road on Monday, but they showed no ill effects. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the South Lenoir Blue Devils. The Eagles haven't had any issues with the Blue Devils recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 26-24, 25-16.

Rosewood didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-1 victory against C.B. Aycock on the 12th. As for South Lenoir, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Richlands at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
